Shipping & Delivery

At MarinePartSystem, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
  • Same-day shipping for in-stock items ordered before 17:00 CET (Monday–Friday).
  • If your item is not in stock, we aim to ship within 3–4 business days. If that’s not possible, we’ll contact you to discuss the options.

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data against loss or against any form of unlawful processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands:
  • Free shipping on orders over €150
  • €8.95 shipping for orders under €150
  • International Shipping:
  • We ship worldwide via DHL and PostNL
  • Shipping costs for other countries are calculated at checkout based on location and order size
  • All orders include tracking

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no questions asked.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging
  • You must include proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Electronics (due to the inability to verify if they were used or incorrectly installed, they can be returned in unopened packaging )
  • Second-hand (“margin”) goods
  • Custom-cut or made-to-order products such as rope or anchor chain
  • Special orders placed specifically at your request from external suppliers

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Keep your track & trace receipt until we confirm receipt of the return
  • If a return does not meet the conditions, it will not be processed. If you still wish to receive the item back, we can resend it at your expense

Refunds

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (handled securely by Mollie Payments)
