Instrument panels, displays and switches
The instrument panel is used to start and stop the engine and check important information while it is running. Depending on the installation, the panel may contain an ignition switch, warning lights, gauges, push buttons, a digital display or an electronic control panel.
Here you’ll find instrument and control parts for Volvo Penta, Yanmar and other brands. This includes complete panels, MDI control panels, ignition switches, starter switches, keys and related parts. Products for Vetus, Nanni, Solé and other brands will also appear here when available.

Check the panel and connections
Panels fitted to similar engines are not always interchangeable. The layout may look the same while the wiring, connector, communication system or internal electronics are different.
Before ordering, compare:
- The original part number
- The complete engine model and version
- The engine serial number
- The number and shape of the connectors
- The number of pins in each connector
- The switches, warning lights and gauges fitted
- Whether the system uses MDI, EVC or conventional wiring
For an ignition or starter switch, also check the terminal markings, number of positions and type of key. A switch that fits into the panel may still have a different electrical function.
Manufacturers sometimes replace an older reference with a newer part number. The known replacement numbers are listed on the product page when available. Always compare these references with the old panel, display or switch.
Check the fault before replacing the panel
A blank display, warning light or engine that does not start is not always caused by the panel itself. Low battery voltage, a blown fuse, damaged wiring, corroded connectors, a faulty relay or poor ground connection can produce similar symptoms.
Check the power supply, fuses, wiring and connectors before replacing an expensive panel or display. On electronic systems, reading the fault codes can help identify whether the problem is in the panel, a sensor, the control unit or the wiring.
