Heat exchanger end cap suitable for Volvo Penta MD22 and TMD22 marine diesel engines. This rubber end cap fits over the end of the heat exchanger and includes a connection for the cooling-water hose. It replaces Volvo Penta part number 861608. The cap has a Ø70 mm main connection and a Ø28 mm hose connection. It is supplied with two stainless-steel hose clamps: one for securing the cap to the heat exchanger and one for securing the cooling-water hose. Two of these end caps are used on each engine. This product is sold individually, so order a quantity of two when replacing both heat exchanger end caps.
