At MarinePartSystem, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within this period, provided they meet the return conditions outlined below.

 

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, sealed, and in the original, undamaged packaging

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order

  • Items must be received by us before a refund can be processed

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Electronics, (due to the inability to verify if they were used or incorrectly installed, they can be returned in unopened packaging)

  • Custom-made or cut-to-size items, such as rope or anchor chain

  • Products ordered specifically for you that were not in stock at the time of purchase ( back ordered products can be returned )

⚠️ Please note: Electronics are excluded from return because we cannot verify whether they have been used or damaged during installation. Misuse or incorrect wiring may cause faults that cannot be tested after return.

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@marinepartsystem.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you want to return

  2. Include your bank account details or payment information for the refund

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5 working days
