Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

• To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@marinepartsystem.com or use our return form.
• We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Return Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for returning the products from you to the webshop are at your own expense. For the exact rates, please consult your carrier's website.

Obligations During the Cooling-off Period

During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product (as you would in a physical store).

Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal

Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as:

• Products created according to consumer specifications (custom-made).
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
• Electronic parts whose packaging has been opened.
