Welcome to MarinePartSystem. These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries from De Vries Marine (trading as MarinePartSystem). By using our website and ordering from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Applicability
- These terms apply to every agreement between MarinePartSystem and the customer.
- Any deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
2. Offers and Agreements
- All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- An agreement is finalized when an order confirmation is sent to the customer or when execution of the order begins.
3. Prices
- Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated for business customers.
- Prices exclude shipping costs, which are calculated during the checkout process.
4. Payment
- Payments are processed through Mollie Payments.
- We accept various payment methods, including iDEAL, PayPal, and credit cards.
- The order will only be shipped after full payment is received.
5. Delivery
- We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Mentioned delivery times are indicative.
- MarinePartSystem is not liable for delays caused by the carrier (DHL, PostNL).
6. Retention of Title
Delivered products remains the property of MarinePartSystem until the customer has fully met all obligations from the agreement.
7. Complaints and Warranty
- The customer must inspect products upon receipt.
- Complaints about defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of discovery.
- Warranty is provided according to legal provisions and the manufacturer's warranty terms.
8. Liability
The liability of MarinePartSystem is limited to the amount of the invoice for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, and designs on our website are the property of MarinePartSystem or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
10. Applicable Law
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
