Service parts for Volvo Penta saildrives
A saildrive needs regular inspection and maintenance below and inside the boat. Here you’ll find service and repair parts for Volvo Penta 110S, 120S, 130S, 150S and MS25S saildrives.
Available product groups include:
- Zinc, aluminum and magnesium anodes
- Seals and O-rings
- Saildrive diaphragms and rubber parts
- Propeller cone rings, bolts and locking plates
- Saildrive oil and drain-plug seals
- Shaft seals and repair parts
The parts required depend on the exact saildrive model, version and propeller installation. Check the product page carefully before ordering.
Check the complete saildrive model
Volvo Penta saildrive parts are not automatically interchangeable between the 110S, 120S, 130S, 150S and MS25S. There can also be differences between versions of the same model.
Check the identification plate or existing part and compare:
- The complete saildrive model
- Any letter or version following the model number
- The Volvo Penta part number
- The number shown on the old part
- The compatible models listed on the product page

Anodes, seals and diaphragms
Check the saildrive anode regularly and replace it before it has been heavily consumed. The correct material depends on the water in which the boat is used and the other metals in the installation. Do not change between zinc, aluminum and magnesium without checking which type is suitable.
Inspect seals for oil leakage or water ingress. Milky or discolored saildrive oil can indicate that water has entered the drive and should be investigated before simply refilling it.
The main saildrive diaphragm should be inspected and replaced according to the schedule specified for the particular installation. The correct diaphragm and fitting parts depend on the saildrive model.

If you cannot identify a part, send us the saildrive model, engine model, serial number and any number visible on the old part. A clear photo can also help us check it.
