This category contains kits for specific maintenance and repair jobs on marine engines, pumps and saildrives. You’ll find engine gasket sets, water-pump repair kits, seal kits, saildrive repair kits and parts for more extensive engine repairs.
We supply kits for Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Vetus, Nanni and other commonly used marine engines. Depending on the repair, a kit may contain gaskets, seals, O-rings, bearings, circlips, wear parts or other parts needed for the job. Always check the product page to see exactly what is included.
If you only need the normal items for an engine service, such as filters and an impeller, take a look at our
service kits. This category is mainly intended for repairs and more specific maintenance work.
Choose the kit for your exact engine
A kit that fits one engine version may not fit a later or earlier version of the same engine. There can also be differences between directly cooled and freshwater-cooled engines, different saildrive models and pumps that were changed during production.
Before ordering, compare the original part number and read the complete compatibility information on the product page. For an engine repair, also check whether the parts are supplied in standard or oversize dimensions. Never assume that internal engine parts have their original dimensions if the engine has previously been rebuilt.
If you are unsure, send us the complete engine or drive model, serial number and the number from the old part. Photos of the engine plate and the parts being replaced can also help.
Check what is included
The word “kit” does not always mean that every part needed for the complete repair is supplied. One water-pump kit may contain only seals and bearings, while another also includes the shaft or wear plate. The same applies to gasket sets and overhaul kits.
Check the contents before dismantling the engine or drive, especially if the boat needs to return to service quickly. Separate filters, impellers, belts and other regularly replaced items can be found under
