Parts for servicing your Volvo Penta
Regular maintenance helps prevent starting problems, overheating and unnecessary wear. The parts required depend on the engine model, production version and service interval, so it is important to check what is needed for your particular engine.
For a standard service, you may need an oil filter, fuel filter, impeller and one or more drive belts. Depending on the engine and the work being carried out, you may also need an air filter, crankcase filter, anodes, seals or fresh oil.
You can order the parts separately or choose one of our
Volvo Penta service kits when you want the main service items together.
Choose the parts you need
Use the categories below to find the correct service parts:
These categories include parts for older Volvo Penta models as well as D1, D2, D3, D4, D6, MD, TAMD, KAD and 2000 Series engines. Not every part fits every version, even when two engines belong to the same series.
Check the engine and part number
Before ordering, check the complete engine designation and serial number on the identification plate. Compare the Volvo Penta part number whenever possible, especially if you are replacing an existing filter, impeller or belt.
Service kits can also differ between production versions. Do not assume that every kit listed for a particular series will contain the correct parts for your engine. The product page will show the known compatible models and reference numbers.
Our selection includes genuine Volvo Penta parts and good aftermarket alternatives. The manufacturer and product type are shown clearly on each product page.
If you cannot find the part you need, send us the engine model, serial number and the number from the old part. A clear photo can also help us identify it. Orders can be shipped throughout Europe and worldwide.
