Parts for the Volvo Penta D1-30
Here you’ll find parts for servicing and repairing the Volvo Penta D1-30. Some items are also used on the D1-13, D1-20 and D2-40, but compatibility still depends on the exact engine version and Volvo Penta part number.
Check whether the identification plate shows D1-30, D1-30B or D1-30F. Parts can differ between these versions, even when they look the same.

Regular maintenance
For a normal service, you may need an oil filter, fuel filter, seawater-pump impeller and drive belt. Depending on the service interval, you may also need an air filter, thermostat, gasket or seal.

Water pumps, gaskets and repair parts
For larger repairs, you’ll find seawater pumps, circulation pumps, pump parts, thermostats, sensors, starter motors, alternators, exhaust elbows and engine mounts. We also supply cylinder-head gaskets, timing-cover gaskets, seals and other parts used when repairing the D1-30.

Compare the number on the old part with the references shown on the product page whenever possible. Do not choose a pump, sensor or electrical part based only on its appearance.
If the part number is missing or unreadable, send us the full engine model and serial number. A clear photo of the old part, its connections and its position on the engine can also help us identify the correct replacement.
