Service kits for Volvo Penta
A service kit puts several commonly replaced maintenance parts together in one package. Depending on the kit, it may contain an oil filter, fuel filter, impeller, air filter, crankcase filter, anodes or sealing rings.

A kit can save time when preparing for a service, but the contents are not the same in every package. Always check the product description to see exactly what is included.
Choosing the correct service kit
Volvo Penta engines within the same series may use different filters, belts or impellers. Parts can also change between production versions. A service kit listed for a D2 engine, for example, may not fit every D2 model or every version of that model.
Before ordering, check:
- The complete engine model
- The engine serial number
- The service-kit part number
- The individual part numbers included in the kit
- The compatible models listed on the product page
Do not choose a kit based only on the series name. Comparing the included part numbers with the parts already fitted is the safest way to avoid ordering the wrong kit.
Complete kits and separate service parts
