Yanmar parts for regular maintenance
Regular servicing helps prevent cooling problems, fuel contamination, poor charging and unnecessary wear. Here you’ll find the parts commonly replaced during annual maintenance as well as items needed at longer service intervals.
The category includes parts for older and newer Yanmar models, including engines from the GM, YM, JH, LP and LY families. Compatibility depends on the exact engine version and Yanmar part number, so always check the product information before ordering.
Choose the service part you need
Browse the main Yanmar service categories:
You’ll also find alternator and water-pump belts, coolant, transmission oil, pump covers, O-rings, seals and other maintenance items.
Service kits or individual parts
A service kit is useful when you want the main filters and impeller together for a planned maintenance job. Individual parts remain available when you only need to replace one item or want to choose each part separately.
Check exactly what is included before ordering a kit. Contents can differ between engine models, and belts, oil, coolant or saildrive oil may need to be ordered separately.
Check your Yanmar model
Read the complete model designation from the engine identification plate. Letters after the model number can be important. For example, directly cooled and freshwater-cooled GM versions may not use all the same parts.
Whenever possible, compare the Yanmar reference on the old part with the numbers shown on the product page. If you are unsure, send us the engine model, serial number and part number. A clear photo of the old part can also help us check which replacement you need.
